Do you only serve Florida?
I am based in Brandon, Florida but my services are offered Nationwide. I operate remotely and main forms of communication is via email and text.
What are your turn-around times?
My turn around times vary greatly from 1-2 weeks and depends on the work load, quantity and complexity of your project as well as shipping days for ordered items.
Do you offer rush orders?
I do offer rush orders depending on a case, quantity and complexity basis. Cost also varies depending on the number of days and how urgent your situation involves. 5 days turn-around - additional fee starts at 75% of total cost of project 3 days turn-around - additional fee starts at 100% of total cost of project These charges DOES NOT include overnight shipping fees, vendor fees for rush orders and deliveries. The 5 and 3 days turn around DOES NOT INCLUDE ACTUAL SHIPPING DAYS.
Do you require a deposit?
No, I do not require a deposit but I do require a full payment which 50% is NON-REFUNDABLE if you decide to cancel after 48hrs. The 50% is to cover the time spent and to reserve your spot for the days/weeks you want in the production calendar. I start work right away if I have to order for the materials needed. No days are reserved unless the payment is made in full.
Work starts after 48 hrs when the materials are ordered.
*If you cancel prior to the agreed completion date and work has started, You will automatically forfeit your 50% deposit. If work done is greater than the 50% retainer, you will be charged of the excess plus $18 shipping fee to send you back the finish materials. You have two weeks to pay the invoice balance from the date of your cancellation notification. If balance is not paid, I reserve the right to keep the materials as well as dispose it.

Can I pick -up my finished items instead of shipping?
Absolutely! We can set up a date and time for you to pick-up your items from my work location. I can also deliver for a $50 fee within 10 miles and of zip code 33511 which is Brandon, Florida.
Will you ship mirrors?
I no longer ship mirrors because of its fragility.
Who do you ship with?
I ship with USPS Insured and Tracked: Clients are responsible for all shipping fees. I ship USPS priority. The following shipping methods are for items that will fit the USPS standard box mailers. Contact me for anything larger than that and for items over 65 lbs. Medium Flat rate Priority mail shipping US: $18 Priority mail shipping large: $38 Priority Express: $50
What forms of Payment do you accept?
